They will tailor a menu for vegans, if given notice, or adapt dishes from the menu as required. Examples of vegan dishes they have prepared in the past are: Stir fried vegetables & cashew nuts, chilli, ginger & soy sauce, steamed basmati rice & tempura of pak choi. Saffron, pea & tarragon arancini (risotto cakes), tomato sauce & confit garlic. Patatas Bravas (potatoes in a spicy garlic tomato sauce), chargrilled asparagus, herb crumb, red wine glaze.
