Seeds For The Soul is a healthy vegan café serving good clean food that is free from preservatives, chemicals, refined sugar and all sorts of other nasties. They use only the best ingredients, many of them organically grown on local farms. They are eco-friendly; all of their takeaway boxes, bags, cups, cutlery, and napkins are 100% biodegradable, and all the waste that they produce is composted or recycled daily. Their food includes rolls, sandwiches, superfood smoothies, bakes, salads and soups.
